No, I don't mean your personal computer. I want to talk about your Patience and Consistency.
Patience and Consistency go hand-in-hand in the world of Network Marketing. If these two key characteristics get out of balance, then your whole process gets out of balance.
Consistency
In Network Marketing you have be active. You have to share your opportunity with others. That sharing should be consistent. You should have a plan for your sharing to ensure that you are being consistent.
For example, I share my opportunity with 5 people a day, Monday through Friday. That's the plan I have set for myself to grow my business. So a week, I introduce 25 new people and get them in the "pipeline". So every month I'm exposing 100 people. Your goals, or plan, may be more or less than mine but it provides for a way to measure consistency.
So in order to meet the goal I've set ... 5 per day, 5 days a week ... I have to be consistent and follow the plan.
Patience
In Network Marketing you have to be patient. Not everyone is going to jump at your opportunity just because you shared it with them. Have that happen a few times in row and our patience starts to wear thin.
Network Marketing is a "foreign" concept to many. We've been raised to work for someone else and not for ourselves.
That's why you have to keep it in check. Because they don't see the advantages of what you're trying to share with them.
So remember to keep your patience in check.
The Results
When we fail to follow our plan, or consistency, we tend to become impatient with the results.
When we become impatient with others, then we don't follow our plan. We don't stay consistent.
Stay in Balance
Constantly check yourself. Strive to maintain balance between your patience and your consistency.
